Gnocchi with Bacon

1 pack of fresh gnocchi
4 bacon rashers, cut into small pieces
Approx. 15 cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp creme fraiche (French version)
Olive oil
Ground pepper
Crushed salt flakes
2 pinches of ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground sweet paprika powder
1 tsp garlic granules
Parmesan to serve

Add some oil to a frying pan and fry the bacon pieces until golden. Add the tomatoes and simmer until they are crushed. Then add creme fraiche, spices and seasoning and simmer for a few minutes. Add a little water gradually to create a sauce while it’s simmering over medium heat for another 10-15 minutes.
Cook the gnocchi and transfer them into the sauce in the frying pan. Mix gently and serve with grated parmesan.
It’s a dinner for two, or a small plate for 4 people.
